ACCEPTANCE
Take note that it is not necessary for the commissioner to have signed any document for these terms and conditions to apply. Please read the terms and conditions of these services carefully. Any commission or use services implies that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions; commissioning me means that you are satisfied and have accepted the terms and conditions in full.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: [10th November, 2024]This contract applies to the author further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a written work of creative writing further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:1. PAYMENTS
1.1 The Customer will agree to pay upfront for all Products except works exceeding 10K words through Ko-fi (Paypal).
1.2. On orders above the 10K word count, the Customer agrees to pay half the total value upfront. The other half must be paid on approval of the initial draft.
1.3. Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.
1.4. Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.
1.5. Certain types of work do not allow for a split payment. In such cases, Customer will be informed about this and will be asked to agree on a different payment schedule, before any work can commence.2. PRODUCT DELIVERY
2.1. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally as a Google Document to the email address provided by Customer, after the final payment has been received by the Seller.
2.2. The Customer is not permitted to make a copy of the delivered document for anything but personal use. Posting of the written commission on platforms such as Tumblr may be permitted, provided that the Customer provides credits linking to the Seller's page.
2.3. Legal action will be taken if the Customer is found to have published the Seller's written work as their own.3. REVISIONS
3.1. Customer has the right to 3 complete revisions.
3.2. Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be paid by the Customer separately.
3.3. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional fees has been received.4. CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
4.1. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in EUROS.
4.2. The Customer must pay an additional fee on top of original price of the Product due to Paypal's recipient fees. This additional fee is already added to the cost in Ko-fi listings.
4.3. It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.
4.4. Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on Seller's [CURRENCY] account is equal to the agreed price.5. REFUND POLICY
5.1. Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for a month, or when Product has not been completed within two months.
5.2. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work must be agreed separately, before the work commences. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.
5.3. Customer obliges to contact the Seller in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Product.6. PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
6.1. The Product received by Customer is only for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes is not permitted by the Seller.
6.2. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
6.3. Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.7. CANCELLATIONS
7.1. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
7.2. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.8. COPYRIGHT
8.1. The Seller acknowledges that they only own their own writing; they do not take credit for their development or creation and acknowledges them as the intellectual property of the original creator.
8.2. Legal action will be taken if the Customer is found to have published the Seller's work as their own, in accordance with copyright laws.
